TENNESSE TITANS VS DENVER BRONCOS

The Tennessee Titans are heading to Denver to take on the Broncos in their season opener. The Tennessee Titans are coming off a spectacular run late last year where they upset the New England Patriots, hopes are that Derrick Henry can once again carry them to the playoffs. The Denver Broncos are coming out with Drew Lock as their starting quarterback and hope he can continue improving where he left off last year.

On offense, the Titans have brought back both Ryan Tannehill and superstar running back Derrick Henry, but they lost OT Jack Conklin who shaped out to be an amazing o-linemen. The Titans invested their 1st round pick into Isaiah Wilson as a means to try and replace Conklin. Overall this offense should have improved this offseason, its just seeing if that right side can holdup.

On defense, the Titans have recently acquired Jadaveon Clowney but have traded away DT Jurrall Casey and lost DB Logan Ryan in free agency. Some other notable additions include DE Vic Beasley and rookie DB Christian Fulton out of LSU. It'll be interesting if Tennessee can get these pieces to fit as there are question marks surrounding these players.

On offense, the Broncos will be lead by 2nd year quarterback Drew Lock and former Charger's running back Melvin Gordon. At wide receiver, the Broncos have drafted Jerry Jeudy who will be joining Courtland Sutton. Courtland Sutton is injured and may not play so the Broncos will lean on the run as they have in the past.

On defense, the Broncos were dealt a major blow by potentially losing Von Miller for the year. The Broncos defense was already on the decline from their glory days and now with the loss of Von Miller, this team seems very exploitable in the air and ground.

I have to go with the Tennesse Titans to cover the spread in a run heavy game. The Titans will lean on Derrick Henry like always and I expect that Denver is gonna load the box since they're without their best player causing Tannehill to get efficient looks downfield. Drew Lock will continue to grow but this game is gonna be won by the team that can run and controls the clock in a low scoring game.
