The Las Vegas Raiders and Kansas City Chiefs face off Sunday at 1:00 PM ET on CBS. The Las Vegas Raiders are sitting at 2-2 with their last game being a loss to the Buffalo Bills. The Kansas City Chiefs are currently undefeated at 4-0 following a victory over the New England Patriots.
The Raiders on offense have been quite good this year with an efficient Derek Carr at quarterback and Josh Jacobs being the cowbell runningback. Though the air Derek Carr has thrown 8 touchdowns with a 74% completion percentage for a total of 1,095 yards with no interceptions. Darren Waller has been the go-to receiving target in this offense with 29 catches, 247 yards, and a touchdown.
The Chiefs on offense are led by star quarterback Patrick Mahomes and are absolutely loaded with weapons for Mahomes to throw. The Kansas City Chiefs have Clydes Edward-Helaire at running back he's been great in both running the football as well as being a pass-catcher out of the backfield.
The Chiefs defense is coming off a game against New England where the Chiefs were victorious 10-26. The Kansas City Chiefs had 4 takeaways, one being a fumble and the other three being interceptions from both Brian Hoyer and Jarrett Stidham. The Patriots without Cam Newton only were held to 172 yards by the Chiefs defense.
This should be a fun one to watch with whenever the Chiefs play, it being must-watch television. The Chiefs are the superior team here but the Raiders have improved a ton this offseason to the point where it wouldn't be shocking at all for the Raiders to linger around in this one.
