The Kansas City Chiefs and Baltimore Ravens face off for Monday Night Football in what should be a high scoring game. These are two of the best teams in the NFL matching up with the two best young quarterbacks in Patrick Mahomes and Lamar Jackson.
The Chiefs offense is lead led by star quarterback Patrick Mahomes who completed 75% of his passes in his last game, compiling 211 yards, and 3 touchdowns against the Houston Texans. The Chiefs may be without Sammy Watkins, who listed as questionable with a head/neck injury.
The Ravens on offense are perhaps the most well-built team with a dominant ground game that uses a running back by committee. Though the air this still one of the best teams with last year's MVP who is a threat to run on any play, making him so hard to guard when he has Marquise Brown to keep defenses honest.
The Ravens defense is as good as it gets as they have held Cleveland to 6 points and the Texans to 16 points. The Ravens have also logged 6 sacks and an interception in both of their games.
This should be a fun one to watch and will give us a little preview should these two teams meet up in the playoffs. I'm going to have to take the side of Baltimore on this with their elite defense. Baltimore's defense has faced solid offenses in both of their games and while the Chiefs will be their biggest challenge yet, they have also appeared mortal as evidenced by their 23-20 win over the Chargers who were without one their top players in Derwin James.
