The Indianapolis Colts are taking on the Buffalo Bills. The Colts are coming into this wildcard game as the 7th seed with an 11-5 record. The Bills have made their first playoff in 25 years with the fall of the Patriots dynasty. The Bills were awarded the 2nd seed with their 13 win season off of an MVP caliber season from Josh Allen.

The Colt's addition of Philip Rivers paid off as he threw 24 TDs to 11 INTs. The Colts have a ton of interesting pieces on offense with talent at all skill positions. The Colts running game is led by Jonathan Taylor with Nyheim Hines also having a role giving them added versatility in both the running and passing game.

The Colts have amazing receiving talent but Rivers has failed to get the most out of them instead rely on Hines. The Bill's offense is among the best in the NFL with Josh Allen and Stephon Diggs at the helm. The Bills average 37.9 points which is the highest in the league. Josh Allen has had his mishaps this season but when he's dialed in he's the scariest quarterback for opposing defenses. Josh Allen may very likely be without one of his weapons in Cole Beasley, who is nursing a knee injury.

The Colts are capable of keeping this game close but I wouldn't hold my breath for an Indianapolis victory unless you're predicting a Josh Allen meltdown. Both of these teams have solid defenses but not great and the Colts defense likely won't be able to slow down Josh Allen enough to get the upset. The Colts offensive line will have to play well to keep Rivers in this game with Josh Allen, and should they, I can see Indianapolis covering easily.
