The Memphis Grizzlies will be taking on the Washington Wizards. The Memphis Grizzlies are 15-15 and are coming off a massive 49 point victory against the Houston Rockets. The Washington Wizards are coming off of a close loss against Boston to put Washington at 13-19 on the season.
The Grizzles just demolished the Rockets in a game where we saw the bench score 85 out of the 133 points. Brandon Clarke was the leading scoring with 20 points as the Grizzles just toyed with the Rockets. The Grizzlies are averaging 111.2 points while holding their opponents to 110.7 points.
The Wizards are playing much better compared to their struggles earlier in the season. Bradley Beal and Russell Westbrook accounted for nearly all of the points from the starting unit, as Beal scored 46 points with Westbrook scoring 24 points while Rui Hachimura was the only other starter to score with 2 points.
In the Wizard's last nine games, they've only managed to lose two games against the Celtics and Clippers. The Grizzlies haven't given that level of consistency as the Wizards have as in the Grizzlies' last nine games they went 5-4 which isn't bad but the games they lost weren't as they found themselves getting blown out consistently. If this game was a back to back I would side with the Grizzlies as they would be the fresher team if the bench doing most of the work against Houston but with the day of rest Beal and Westbrook will be ready to get the dub.
